Theme for the week: Prayer For The Nations

“[4] I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed: “Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments, we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from your commands and laws.  We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes and our ancestors, and to all the people of the land.”

 

Daniel 9:4-6 NIV 

Prayer Point:

Oh lord! We pray on behalf of the nations for your mercy, our hearts have been hardened against you, we have turned away from your teachings, command, and way you’ve set before us. Your prophets are not regarded and the people you’ve sent to bring the word of salvation are slaughtered, have mercy Lord, do not turn your face away from us and restore peace to our lands.

Declaration:

Because we love the lord, He has kept his commandments with us, and for our sake, the lord will spare our nations, In Jesus name.
