Prayer Point:
Lord, thank You for the gift of my body, which You have created and entrusted to me. I commit to honoring You by taking care of my health, being mindful of what I eat, how I treat my body, and the rest I give it. Help me to view my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, and may my actions reflect a desire to glorify You in all areas of my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
Declaration:
I honor God with my body by taking care of it, treating it as a temple of the Holy Spirit. I commit to health and well-being as a way to serve God.
