Ingredients

🌟 Yeast

🌑️ 3/4 cup lukewarm water

🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Dough

🌾 3 cups all-purpose flour

🍚 1/2 cup sugar

🧈 4 tbsp melted butter

Cinnamon Filling

🍯 1 cup brown or white sugar

🌟 2 tsp cinnamon

✨ Dash of nutmeg

🧈 1/3 cup room-temperature butter

Cream Cheese Frosting

πŸ§€ 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

🧈 3 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)

🌸 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍚 3/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

β˜• Optional: A splash of coffee creamer

Instructions

1.Yeast Mixture: Mix the yeast and sugar into the lukewarm water. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes until it’s foamy.

2.Dough: Combine the dough ingredients with the yeast mixture. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until it doubles in size.

3.Cinnamon Filling: Mix all ingredients together.

4.Roll the Dough: Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread the filling evenly, and roll it up. Slice it into your desired shapes.

5.Baking: Arrange rolls in a greased pan. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

6.Cream Cheese Frosting: Whisk all frosting ingredients together until smooth. Spread generously over your warm rolls for the perfect holiday treat!
