Banana Oats Pancake Recipe (2 servings)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 ripe banana,
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend a mixture of the oats, banana, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and milk.
  2. Pre-heat a nonstick pan and evenly distribute the batter depending on desired size of pancakes.
  3. Cook until both sides of the batter are fully cooked.
  4. Serve with maple syrup, bananas and other desired toppings.
