Banana Oats Pancake Recipe (2 servings)
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 ripe banana,
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend a mixture of the oats, banana, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and milk.
- Pre-heat a nonstick pan and evenly distribute the batter depending on desired size of pancakes.
- Cook until both sides of the batter are fully cooked.
- Serve with maple syrup, bananas and other desired toppings.
